Designing a Bardominium

Hi! We have an open canvas 1050 square feet one story steel building, that needs interior finishes and design to become a 2 bedroom open floor Bardominium. The building is 30 feet wide by 35 feet long. The building is 12 feet high and the top peak where the roof meets is 16 feet. We love high ceilings and would love to embrace it in the design with some light fixtures, hanging down and making a statement. The structure has 2 openings ( front and back ) . The openings on both sides are 10 feet by 10 feet. Would love to put French doors on both sides and windows as well. The 4 additional openings on the side of the building. They are 10 feet by 5 feet, which I would love to turn into windows and from the kitchen side into cottage doors going outside on a patio. I’m looking into interior design and division of the space into open floor plan with a living room and kitchen, tying together and having two additional bedrooms. One smaller and the other one master bedroom. There will be only one bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a sink which you would also have a washer machine there. we already have plumbing installed sinc and a toilet. The style that I’m looking for is modern farmhouse with lots of natural colors, brick and wood bringing the nature inside. This building is on a lots of acres with tons of privacy, so can have lots of natural light coming in through the windows and doors without compromising the privacy.
