Podcast Producer (Audio + Video) for Female-Led Business Show We are looking for an experienced podcast producer to help us create engaging and high-quality podcast content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of podcast production, audio/video editing, and storytelling techniques. You will be responsible for coordinating recordings, editing episodes, and ensuring the final product meets our quality standards. The show will be led by a female celebrity entrepreneur and blends personal business insights with interviews featuring the most innovative female leaders across industries—fashion, real estate, tech, media, finance, and more. **Responsibilities:** - Produce and edit episodes (audio + video) - Add intros/outros, music, lower thirds, and light branding - Edit for pacing, polish, and clarity - Manage publishing across podcast platforms and YouTube - Coordinate guest scheduling and prep assets - Collaborate on show format and pull standout soundbites **You should have:** - Experience producing video podcasts (please share samples) - Strong editing skills (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar) - Great communication and organizational skills - An eye for clean, editorial-style visuals - A passion for empowering female voices in business **Details:** - Freelance / remote - Start ASAP
