We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team and help us consistently fill our calendar with qualified appointments. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to warm leads that we provide, using phone calls, texts, and emails to book 3 to 5 appointments per day. Your primary responsibility is to get these leads scheduled for a phone or video call with us, and then enter all the necessary information — time, contact details, and any important notes — directly into our shared calendar. We’re a results-driven team, and your pay will reflect that. You’ll earn $20 for every appointment that shows up, plus an extra $10 if the appointment is a Zoom or Google Meet video call. If your appointment leads to a closed deal, you’ll receive a $200 bonus per closed client. On top of that, if we average 20 or more successful appointments per week, you’ll get a $500 bonus at the end of the month. The earning potential is high for someone who’s consistent, proactive, and great at following up. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable communicating with people over the phone and via text/email, and have a friendly, professional tone. Good written communication, organization, and the ability to take initiative are essential. We love working with people who are self-starters — someone who can take the list of leads, get creative with outreach, and take ownership of the results. Our team is fast-paced but friendly. We believe in clear communication, keeping things simple, and focusing on what works. We’ll provide you with the leads, the tools, and the structure — your job is to book the calls and make sure everything is locked into the calendar properly.
