We’re looking for a skilled Revit or Archicad modeler and architectural designer to join our growing team! This role will support ongoing retail, restaurant, and residential projects. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and construction documents in Revit. Flexible hours and potential for long-term collaboration. Responsibilities: • Produce construction document sets using Revit • Work with architectural lead to develop schematic and permit-ready packages • Participate in Scan-to-BIM workflows (training provided) • Coordinate with other team members as needed • Create Revit families and use templates efficiently Required Skills: • Revit (strong proficiency) • AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape (bonus) • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Located in the U.S. or Puerto Rico Hourly Rate: $18–$22/hour Preferred Availability: Evenings (after 6 PM EST), flexible overall To apply: Please submit your portfolio or sample Revit work, availability, and confirm U.S./PR location.
