**Job Description:** Seeking a highly qualified Electronics Engineer to spearhead the development of a Fiber Optics Tethered Drone Encoder/Decoder system designed to facilitate video and control communications over distances of up to 10 kilometers for a quadcopter. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in electronics design, demonstrate expertise in fiber optics technology, and have a proven history of successful contributions to drone communication systems. Opportunity can be long term and steady work. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and testing of prototypes, ensuring the integrity and reliability of data transmission, as well as the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation. This project presents a unique opportunity to drive innovation in the rapidly evolving field of drone technology. During interview calls you will be expected to provide screen share examples of past works at a minimum.
