We’re a boutique consulting firm that helps investment managers grow AUM by aligning strategy, CRM, data, and sales execution. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and creative assistant to help us stay on track and grow our presence. This role is a mix of project support, client communication, and marketing coordination. You’ll be an extra set of hands across the business—helping us look polished, stay on schedule, and keep our content and client deliverables flowing. ________________________________________ What You’ll Help With: • Client-facing support: scheduling, sending follow-ups, proposals, and invoices • Marketing coordination: helping keep us consistent on social media (including nudging us to create content, uploading posts, or formatting clips) • Light design/editing: updating decks, one-pagers, or visuals—design eye preferred, Canva experience welcome but not required • General admin: calendar and email support, project reminders, organizing files or tasks • Staying plugged in: ideally available during US business hours for communication and updates ________________________________________ You Might Be a Great Fit If You: • Communicate professionally and comfortably (you may be client-facing at times) • Are highly organized and love keeping things moving • Are creative or design-minded (not a designer, but you have taste) • Have experience supporting founders or small teams • Understand the rhythm of consulting, marketing, or B2B service work • Bonus: Experience with social media, Notion, Slack, Dubsado, or Google Workspace ________________________________________ This is a part-time freelance role (10–15 hours/week to start) with flexibility.
