I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance admin assistant to help me with an important milestone: sourcing qualified manufacturers, reaching out, and coordinating product samples. What You’ll Be Doing: ✅ Research and vet 5 qualified manufacturers who produce cannabinoid-based tinctures ✅ Ensure they meet key criteria: 1. Can formulate with CBD, THC, and CBN 2. Offer USDA Organic or clean label ingredients 3. Are based in the U.S. (preferred: CA, CO, NY) 4. Willing to work with startups or offer low MOQs 5. Can provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) ✅ Use my product brief to contact manufacturers ✅ Request and coordinate product samples ✅ Collect COAs and organize all info into Google Drive or Notion ✅ Provide a short summary of your findings in a Google Sheet or doc Ideal Candidate Strong research and communication skills Experience with consumer product sourcing or manufacturer outreach Comfortable navigating CBD/cannabis/supplement industry (a plus!)
