Texas Attorney to close out entity

I have a company that hasn't been doing business this year and wont be doing anymore business. The name is Security American Realty, Inc. It's a S corp. All accounts are closed. No license is being maintained. No law suits or legal issues and no money made this year. I'm the only owner. There are a couple forms that need filed with texas secretary of state and some basic compliance documenting the closure. I'm thinking that this is 1.5 hours of work and 3 hours max. If the attorney does a fair price then we can consider the attorney for other work. I also own a mortgage company that isn't going out of business but needs a corporate attorney to help maintain corporate compliance.
