Greetings, We recently filed a name change for our Delaware corporation with DE SOS and got the approval letter. The name change was also filed with CA SOS because we operate as a foreign corporation out of San Jose. We have been instructed to submit a name change request with the IRS for our EIN. We want to engage an IRS Authorized eFile provider to complete the process. We also need to execute our CA franchise tax filing. If you can assist us in these items, please submit a proposal.
