This logistics-focused leadership role ensures seamless execution of events, coordinating between sales, production, and execution teams. This position acts as the bridge between event sales and floral production, ensuring all details are implemented effectively. Role As a Senior Event Operations Lead, you will work closely with the event team to execute event logistics and manage production details. Logistics & Event Execution: Ensure all event details are translated from sales to execution. Quality Control & Event Flow Management: Oversee event details to meet client expectations and company standards. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve event-day challenges. About You Proven experience in event operations, logistics, or hospitality management. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple event timelines effectively. Excellent communication and coordination skills to bridge the gap between event sales and floral production. Ability to interpret event details, relay production needs, and ensure proper execution. Proficiency in scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution for event setups. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges. Capable of working under pressure and adjusting to last-minute event changes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event execution. Physical ability to lift, carry, and assist with event setup as needed.
