We are a fast-growing digital education platform seeking an experienced and reliable business attorney or legal consultant to assist with creating and reviewing essential legal documents. Scope of Work: We need the following legal materials prepared or reviewed: ✅ Terms of Service (TOS) ✅ Privacy Policy (including data collection and compliance recommendations) ✅ Operating Agreement (LLC structure) ✅ Work for Hire Contracts (for content creators and collaborators) ✅ Ad Hoc Legal Problem Analysis (as legal questions arise during operations) About Us: We are building a platform where professors, influencers, and thought leaders can create and distribute their own online courses. We’re currently preparing for broader product development and content partnerships, so legal clarity and airtight contracts are critical at this stage. What We're Looking For: Licensed attorney (preferably in the U.S.) Experience drafting legal documents for startups, online platforms, or content-based businesses Familiarity with eLearning, SaaS, or media law is a plus Strong communicator who can explain legalese in plain English Deliverables: Legally compliant and clearly written documents ready for use Ability to make revisions based on feedback Optional: ongoing support as a legal advisor on a contract basis
