**Job Description:** We are actively seeking a licensed architect based in California to assist in the conversion of a residential dwelling into an ADA-compliant Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience with ADA regulations and a comprehensive understanding of the specific requirements pertaining to RCFE facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the facility adheres to all requisite standards and provides a safe and accessible environment for residents. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for this project. Must be a licensed California architect (stamped drawings required for permitting). Full compliance with ADA, CA Title 24 (including CALGreen), and RCFE regulations. Stamped architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) needed.
