We're seeking an Affiliate Manager who shares our passion for wellness and can help expand our mission through strategic partnerships. The Role As our Affiliate Manager, you'll build and nurture relationships with health-focused content creators, wellness professionals, and relevant brands who can authentically promote our programs. You'll be the driving force behind our affiliate program's growth, working directly with our marketing team to develop strategies that expand our reach while maintaining the integrity of our message. Core Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with speakers, affiliates, and partners. Help develop attractive promotional campaigns. Create compelling affiliate resources (promotional content, banners, email templates) Track performance metrics and optimize affiliate campaigns Identify new partnership opportunities within the health and wellness space Provide regular reporting and analysis on program performance Requirements 2+ years of experience in affiliate management, partnership marketing, or similar role (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A data-driven approach to campaign optimization Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools Basic understanding of digital marketing principles What Sets You Apart Personal commitment to a sugar-free or reduced-sugar lifestyle (This is a big plus!
