Who We Are We help DTC and retail CPG brands scale profitably through data-driven marketing execution. We’ve worked with 60+ brands in the past year, and we’re shifting gears to drive directly toward sales, building conversion-focused marketing campaigns (meta ads) backed by real consumer data. We’re looking for a Meta ads operator who’s done this before. Someone who can talk the talk with experience, help guide the strategy when needed, and eventually step in deeper as we grow. You’ll work directly with the founder, who’s building this company for the long run. Who This Is For You're a Meta ads expert who’s run profitable campaigns for DTC and/or retail brands. You've managed meaningful ad budgets (not $500 test budgets), you know what to do when things break, and you’ve got case studies or numbers to prove it. You’re not looking to build someone else’s business for them, you’re looking to be part of a team doing something legit. What You'll Do (Initially): - Join as a part-time advisor and potential operator for Meta ads strategy and execution - Review and give feedback on campaign structures, creative direction, and messaging strategies - Offer guidance on performance tracking and optimization systems - Be available for input as needed (low bandwidth at first), with room to grow into a more hands-on operator role - Potentially represent us in a client-facing way as we scale What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience managing Meta ads for DTC CPG brands (spend range: $10K–$100K+/month) - A few real wins and a few painful losses. You’ve learned both ways - Strong understanding of how to track performance and iterate (not just ROAS, but actual insights) - Comfortable working inside someone else’s team - Willing to be listed as part of the team (e.g. LinkedIn, sales calls, pitch decks) - Excited about data, insight, and creative testing - you're not just here to "turn knobs" - Open to eventually expanding involvement as we bring on more clients Bonus Points For: - Experience with using data to craft marketing campaigns - A background in CRO (landing pages, funnels) - Worked with brands between $500K–$5M/year+ in revenue This is NOT for you if: - You need full-time work right away - You only want to freelance and move on - You avoid accountability or resist collaboration What You’ll Get: - The chance to work closely with a founder who’s in the trenches and focused on results - Exposure to multiple brands as we grow - A long-term opportunity to step in as an operator and grow with the business To Apply, reply with: - A few client results you’re proud of (numbers, not buzzwords) - What you’d do first if we brought you in on a struggling DTC Meta campaign - Your current availability + hourly or project rate
