Seeking Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Training (Hourly/Project-Based)
I'm a licensed trainee appraiser based in New York, currently seeking hands-on training and mentorship in commercial real estate appraisal. I'm looking to work with a seasoned commercial appraiser who can help guide me through the process of preparing full reports, understanding valuation methodologies, and improving my skills in market analysis, rent comps, and income approaches. Ideally, I’d like to: Assist with real-world commercial assignments Learn how to properly structure and write reports Gain insight into data gathering and analysis for commercial assets Work remotely with occasional check-ins Pay hourly for training I'm eager to build a strong foundation before seeking clients on my own and would greatly value the opportunity to learn from an experienced professional.
