Microsoft RDS Expert Needed for Setup Review

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 2016 RDS expert to review our existing RDS farm setup, which consists of 6 VMs operating on ESXi. Your expertise will help identify any potential issues and optimize our configuration for peak performance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your knowledge and ensure our Remote Desktop Services are functioning efficiently. If you have a strong background in Microsoft RDS and virtualization, we would love to hear from you. The environment has a separate Connection Broker, Web Access, (3) Session Hosts setup in a round robin. We are also replicated the VM cluster to a secondary site. It has been in place for 5 years with no issues until recently. Experiencing slow connections and slow desktop experience.
