Property Accounting Controller

Seeking a controller to add to our team to support 13+ property entities and investment entities. Experience with partnership accounting and commercial real estate accounting is required. This is a controller position and requires professional competency in bookkeeping for complex real estate transactions accurately and financial reporting. There is an offshore team in place that will be assisting with administrative duties and data entry tasks. The controller will be responsible for reviewing all work performed and final product. The controller will be responsible for eventually leading the engagement and overseeing the monthly reporting process, AP/AR for all properties, and supporting the tax team to complete the tax returns on an annual basis.
