Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Accent Reduction Coach to help our Argentinian and Filipino contractors neutralize their accents, improving their clarity and communication skills. This role is crucial to ensuring that our contractors can effectively communicate with US clients, empowering them to thrive in a professional setting and enhance the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Argentinian and Filipino contractors to reduce regional accents, focusing on improving pronunciation, intonation, and clarity. - Tailor coaching sessions to the specific needs of each contractor, ensuring measurable improvement in verbal communication. - Offer practical tools, techniques, and ongoing support to maintain progress over time. - Collaborate with HR and team managers to track progress and ensure coaching aligns with the firm’s communication objectives. - Provide feedback and conduct regular evaluations of progress. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Accent Reduction Coach, Speech Pathologist, or Linguistics Specialist, with a focus on neutralizing accents. - Strong understanding of the specific speech patterns and challenges associated with Argentinian and Filipino accents. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner. - Experience working in a multicultural, global workforce is highly desirable. - Certification or formal training in linguistics, speech therapy, or related fields is a plus.
