We’re looking for a creative content machine who can turn raw podcast footage into polished, scroll-stopping content — and help us grow reach across every platform. This starts with 2–4 podcast episodes per month, but could quickly evolve into a full-on social media video editor role focused on growth, trends, and strategy. What You’ll Be Doing (Right Now): — Editing 2–4 podcast episodes/month (20–30 min raw files, interview style) — Adding branded intros/outros, sound effects, and dynamic cuts Creating: — Full-length video for YouTube — Audio version for Spotify/Apple Podcasts — Short-form clips for IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook (vertical, 1080x1080, and horizontal) — Repurposing long-form content into highly engaging short-form videos — Writing engaging titles and descriptions — Uploading and scheduling content to: — Podcast platforms — YouTube — My website — Social channels (natively or with a scheduling tool) — Emailing podcast guests when their episode goes live (template provided) — Sending content for approval before publishing What This Role Might Evolve Into: — Leading content creation not tied to podcasts — just social-first videos — Helping advise on content topics and formats that drive reach — Testing new styles: memes, reels, carousel posts, reaction clips, voiceovers, etc. — Shaping our overall content strategy and helping us improve performance You Must Be: — A fluent English speaker with a native-sounding accent — An experienced editor who can cut clean, fast, and creatively — Up-to-date on what’s working on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and beyond — Comfortable working independently, owning the process end-to-end — Proactive, detail-oriented, and obsessed with reach + performance Bonus Points If You: — Know how to create memes, quote graphics, or social visuals — Can help write headlines and captions — Have grown other social accounts or creators’ audiences — Use tools like Descript, CapCut, Premiere, Notion, Trello, Canva, etc. Time Commitment: — 2–4 episodes per month to start — Flexible hours — EST Preferred — Long-term opportunity for the right person Budget: — Open to hourly or flat rate — Let me know your structure and what’s included To Apply, Please Include: — Samples of long-form and short-form video content you’ve edited — Social accounts or creators you’ve worked with — Tools you use and your typical workflow — Your rates (hourly or per deliverable) — Any suggestions you already have on how we can improve reach Let’s create content that doesn’t just fill the feed — it owns it.
