At Munoz Ghezlan & Co., we help real estate investors get funded with 0% interest working capital loans. Our closers are taking Zoom calls with qualified investors every day — and we need someone to make sure those leads show up, stay organized, and don’t slip through the cracks. You’ll confirm appointments, manage calendars, and track leads like a boss — and you’ll earn 0.5% of every deal that closes thanks to your follow-up. We run like a fast, clean capital firm — and we take our pipeline seriously. We value: Precision over chaos Speed over excuses Accountability over guesswork You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to own this lane: make sure closers are booked, leads are confirmed, and nobody gets left behind. Here’s what you’ll do: ✅ Call or text every booked lead before their Zoom to confirm and prep them ✅ Follow a short confirmation script and qualify if needed (credit, timing) ✅ Reschedule no-shows and handle calendar logistics for the closers ✅ Make sure all leads are tracked and tagged in our CRM (Go High Level) ✅ Monitor show-up rates and follow up with warm leads who ghosted ✅ Keep daily reports on lead status: Booked, Showed, No-Show, Funded, etc. You're not closing deals. You're making sure the right people show up to get closed.
