Legal Assistance Required for Stock Share Requests from Public Company (Securities Law)

Seeking a skilled legal professional to assist in the process of requesting stock shares from a company that went public a few years ago. You will be responsible for gathering necessary documentation, liaising with the company, and ensuring a successful share transfer to the proper OTC brokerage account. Very low share value, so looking for a budget-friendly option from someone who can easily accomplish the request/transfer in a couple of hours. I have the original stock certificate issued to me and the company info. The SPAC info, etc. is all publicly available to figure out who was responsible for the share issuance (that failed to contact me when they launched on the exchange). Now the shares are almost worthless, but I’d like to get what value remains and cash out so I can claim any applicable losses. Company is located in CA.
