We are looking for a B2B growth consultant to help design and execute a cold outbound strategy targeting real estate developers and GCs in the multifamily new construction space (NYC, Boston, South Florida). Scope includes: - Set up and configure Apollo.io and Instantly (warm-up, inbox rotation, integrations) - Scrape and build targeted lead lists (developers, GCs, architects) - Create a cold email and LinkedIn messaging strategy (segmentation, copywriting, A/B tested sequences) - Write all campaign copy and ensure deliverability - Build a repeatable outbound sales process that can be handed off to future sales reps Ideal Experience: - B2B growth, outbound sales, or lead gen for real estate, construction, or high-value B2B - Familiarity with U.S. markets and Eastern time zone preferred
