Commission Based Sales Rep

I need a commission-based sales rep to generate leads and close sales. The agent must be familiar with IT and willing to learn more about my IT services and products offering. The agent may need to be present at certain virtual meetings or on the phone with me and partners. Additionally, the agent needs access to my partners' portals to take some sales courses offered by our partners to equip themselves with knowledge of the proposed values to clients.
