Hello! We have an airplane hangar build-out project that needs the final touch of an Architect. Not a complicated project, but the city is requiring a stamp on the first 5 pages. The set is complete with full stamped MEP and stamped structural, and designed as per 2021 IBC. We are looking for the following... 1. Review and provide feedback 2. Instruct what text/design changes 3. Stamp the first 5 pages (The MEP & Struc Engineers have the stamped the remaining 17 pages) 4. Must be licensed in Arizona and respond fairly quickly. There will be 3 Milestones, and one bonus Milestone. Milestone #1 after review, and comments $150 Milestone #2 after we make corrections, and 2nd review by Architect $150 Milestone #3, Stamped version, $300 *Milestone #4, after City review, provide input on corrections, stamp the revised version, $200 Thanks!
