Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who specializes in B2B telemarketing and sales of Managed IT Services to mid-sized company CFOs. The successful candidate will proactively reach out to prospective customers, clearly communicate our value proposition, qualify leads, and set appointments for our executive sales team. (MUST HAVE) proven experience in B2B telemarketing/sales with a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns targeting CFOs and senior finance executives in mid-sized companies. - Clearly and persuasively articulate our Managed IT Services, including IT help desk, network/server management, and MDR security monitoring. - Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and effectively position our services as solutions to business challenges. - Schedule qualified sales appointments for senior sales executives. - Manage CRM database entries, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and pipeline development. - Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas. Qualifications: - (MUST HAVE) 2+ years proven experience in B2B telemarketing/sales with a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP). - Strong understanding of outsourced IT support, including IT help desk, network/server management, and cybersecurity services. - Demonstrated success selling Managed IT Services directly to CFO-level decision-makers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
