I am looking for someone to build a compregensive and intuitive website for my platform. The website we currently have is called sellerfinanceonly.com- It is a platform where we list seller-financed and owner-financed real estate deals. Right now the basic functionality is the posting/ contacting of real estate listings, but I am looking to take it to the next level. I have listed below the main features. I originally built this on wordpress, but I feel I need a different platform to take advantage of more features and to really take this concept to market. I hope for the website to be as comprehensive as websites like Zillow, Flippa, and LegalZoom, where the business is more than a one-trick pony and serves a variety of customers. 1. Subscription-Based Marketplace Charge agents, investors, and sellers a monthly subscription to list and access seller-financed deals. Offer tiered pricing with different levels of visibility, marketing, and lead generation. 2. Transaction Fees / Success-Based Model Take a small commission or flat fee when a deal closes on your platform. Partner with a title company or escrow service to facilitate deals and take a cut. Offer a verified buyer program, where buyers pay to be pre-screened and matched with sellers. 5. Seller Finance Note Marketplace Allow sellers to sell their owner-financed notes to investors. Take a percentage or charge a listing fee for connecting sellers with note buyers. 2. Automated Seller Financing Structuring Platform A tool that helps sellers structure financing terms and generate contracts easily. Charge a fee per contract generated or a monthly subscription for unlimited use. Offer legal templates, amortization calculators, and deal structuring guidance.
