Description: We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to help us create professional layouts for four whitepapers. These whitepapers range between 8 to 16 pages each and must align with our established brand standards and follow an existing template format. Scope of Work: • Layout four whitepapers (8–16 pages each) • Ensure that the design aligns with our brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage, etc.) • Follow a pre-established template format for consistency • Incorporate text and visuals (charts, graphs, images) in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner • Ensure the final designs are high-quality and print-ready (PDF format) • Provide revisions as needed until final approval Requirements: • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with whitepapers, reports, or other business documents • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and templates • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills Deliverables: • Fully designed whitepapers (8–16 pages each) • Print-ready PDF files for all 4 whitepapers • Source files (InDesign layout, Photoshop/Illustrator graphics, etc.)
