Job Description: We are seeking an experienced financial consultant specializing in debt management and trust law to assist in the strategic deletion of business financial product debt. We have already accomplished the following: • Creating the Trust • Transferring all businesses into the Trust • Putting together all respective documentation & filing with the Secretary of State This role involves: ***We need help with the following steps: Step 1: Coordination with Financial Institutions - Objective: Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to execute the transfer. - Actions: - Contact lenders to discuss the terms of the transfer. - Ensure all legal and financial documentation is in place and signed. - Negotiate with lenders to finalize the debt reassignment to the trusts. - Outcome: Debt is transferred from personal guarantors to the trusts, with all parties in agreement. Step 2: Reporting and Credit Bureau Updates - Objective: Ensure transparency and update necessary financial records. - Actions: - Report the debt transfer process to all relevant stakeholders. - Update credit bureaus to reflect the changes in debt ownership. - Outcome: All debts are successfully transferred, and the changes are reflected on the Personal Guarantors’ credit profiles. The financial products in question include business auto loans, business credit cards, and business loans. *Qualifications: Proven experience in financial consulting, specifically in debt management and trust law. In-depth knowledge of business financial products including loans, credit cards, and auto loans. Experience with irrevocable trusts and the legal frameworks surrounding them. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: Background in accounting or finance. Certification in financial planning or similar credentials. Familiarity with business financial products and their associated legalities.
