Interior (technical) Designer with Drafting Experience Needed for Reno Project

I am a Nashville-based interior designer who used to live in Seattle and still take on projects in the Seattle & Eastside area. Currently, I have a primary bathroom renovation project in Mill Creek in which I will be designing remotely from abroad. I am looking for an interior designer who could help me with technical drawings including elevations, floor layouts and 3D renderings. I most likely will also need the designer to be my boots on the ground for job site meetings & check-ins with the contractor as well as collect samples to present to the client since I would be working on this job remotely. This designer role would be my right hand person and eyes and ears for the project. The designing of the project would start this month (April) if my client is onboard with scope of work proposal. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and project management skills and be able to FaceTime and/or do Zoom calls with me since I'll be working remotely. The candidate would also be helping me problem solve any issues that come up. Attached is a video of the current state of the primary bathroom. It recently had water leak damage so the client's contractor ripped up the affected areas and dried out the space. Please apply with examples of your work and availability status. Thank you.
