Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and analytical professional to develop and maintain processes for matching and validating key data points across multiple legal documents. This role ensures data consistency and integrity, supporting legal operations and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and refine processes to accurately extract, compare, and match data from one legal document to another. Utilize software tools, scripts, or low-code platforms to automate document comparison and data verification workflows. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to define key data fields and standardization rules. Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and escalate issues for resolution. Develop documentation and training materials for internal stakeholders to understand matching processes. Perform quality assurance checks and continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of data matching procedures. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with legal documents or understanding of legal terminology. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, or document automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Python, Regex, Power Automate). High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or document-heavy industry. Familiarity with OCR, NLP, or data extraction tools. Experience developing workflows that ensure compliance and data quality.
