Capability Statement & Flyers Refresh

Hello, We are looking to have someone refresh and upgrade our Capabilities statement as well as 5 flyers (we call them one pagers) that we send out to clients. The capabilities statement will be its own distinct design, but the other flyers can all share the same design/layout they will just have different pictures and a slightly different service list. I will provide all previous documents, photos, and necessary info requested. This is primarily graphics work, but someone experienced with copywriting or who is comfortable helping us with word choice and communicating our message is preferred. We would like the orginal creation files (SVG, or what is used) so we can make minor edits or change photos at later dates. I will send previous years examples once we begin discussing the job. If the job goes well, we would likely be looking to do the same job again next spring and prefer to use the same person. Our needs our currently outgrowing our small team.
