Seeking California PE Engineer for Trade Show Sign Review

We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) based in California to review the hanging specifications of our 213# overhead indoor trade show sign. The sign was purchased off of the shelf, Freeman and other unions have hung it in the past, it is less than their 250# limit, but the Anaheim convention center Freeman riggers have arbitrarily lowered their limit to 200#. In addition they are ingoring Freemans own guidelines and requiring the stamp to be from a CA PE. Therefore I need an CA PE to review and stamp it. It is modeled in Solidworks and hangs with 11 1/8" wire rope cables for a safety factor of 15x working 76x breaking.
