Our marketing company is looking for a Social Media Content Writer to write engaging, detailed, and personalized captions for our clients. We serve the real estate industry, with several clients being top realtors throughout the US. This role would include batch content each month (writing all captions for all clients for the month ahead) as well as some regular writing throughout the month. This role will continue to grow as our clients grow! We expect this role to serve around 10 clients. This role should be about 10-12 hours a month to start out, with hours expected to increase. We are looking for someone that is available long term- meaning more than 6 months to join our team. About us: We are a fully remote marketing agency serving the real estate industry. We strive for quality work, while retaining a flexible and laidback work space. This role will include: -Writing and editing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. -Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on each client's tone, brand voice, and location. -Adding in keywords to social media captions to help clients improve SMO (social media optimization) -Utilizing popular and keyword specific hashtags in each post -Submitting content to our Marketing Coordinator for review -Making any edits as needed -Adhering to deadlines. Requirements: -Proven work experience doing Social Media Copywriting or a similar role -Strong attention to detail -Hands-on experience using various social media platforms -Solid knowledge of identifying top hashtags, keywords, etc -Be timely, getting all work submitted before deadlines -Teamplayer!
