Freelance Bookkeeper & Accountant for S Corp + Personal Finances I’m an engineer operating a U.S.-based S Corporation and am looking for a highly professional freelance bookkeeper and accountant to manage all aspects of my business and personal financial organization. Scope of Work: • Business Bookkeeping: Manage and organize all financial records for my S Corp, including approximately 3 client invoices per month and 20–30 receipts. You will receive uploaded documentation (invoices, receipts, statements, etc.) and will be responsible for categorizing, reconciling, and maintaining all records in QuickBooks Online. • Payroll Setup & Management: Set up and manage payroll for the S Corp in compliance with IRS and state requirements. • Tax Optimization & Advisory: Provide proactive advice to reduce tax liability, including identifying eligible deductions, benefits, and tax-advantaged strategies for both business and personal finances. • Personal Finance Accounting: Maintain a clear, organized overview of household and joint finances (I file jointly with my wife) and integrate this into annual tax strategy and planning. • Financial Documentation Management: Offer a holistic, hands-off solution—once I upload my financial documentation, you handle everything from organization to reporting. • Tax Filing Support: Prepare financial summaries and documentation to streamline filing with a CPA or complete tax filings directly if qualified.
