Community Manager (Part-Time, Seasonal) Location: Various including Capitol Hill | Tuesdays | Approx. 2 hrs/week for 10 weeks starting at 7pm Columbia Heights | Thursdays Approx. 2 hrs/week for 10 weeks starting at 7pm About the Role: The Regular is looking for outgoing, responsible, and community-minded team members to serve as Community Managers —our on-site hosts and community builders. As a Community Manager, you’ll be the face of the event each week, helping to create a fun, smooth, and welcoming experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and create a positive, inclusive environment - Keep events on schedule and ensure rules are followed (an AI with the rules will be provided) - Record and communicate information such as scores accurately following events - Promote weekly deals, specials, and share info about The Regular (our broader company) - Be the go-to person for any questions or issues during event nights You Are: Friendly and approachable Punctual and dependable Comfortable managing small groups and keeping things organized A clear communicator Perks: $50 - $75 bar tab at any partner venue for your night Opportunity to grow within our event host and community team Opportunity to host more nights in future seasons or if interested trivia nights, karaoke nights Want to make your evenings more fun—for yourself and others?
