Dekstech (https://dekstech.com/), a dynamic web development and design agency, is seeking a talented Freelance Web Designer to join our team. As the designated designer for Dekstech and all our clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating custom designs for various projects including full websites, home pages, landing pages, product pages, navigation elements, buy boxes, and more. We work primarily through Figma for design collaboration. Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients and our development team to understand project requirements and goals. - Create visually stunning and intuitive designs for websites and digital products. - Craft compelling user experiences by leveraging your knowledge of UX/UI design principles. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Requirements: - Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. - Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application in web design. - Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required. - Familiarity with social media design best practices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
