We’re a fast-growing AI startup on a mission to help marketers do their best work — and we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who loves marketing, enjoys helping others, and is excited to be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team. What You’ll Do: - Onboard new customers and help them feel confident using our platform - Respond to customer questions via email and scheduled calls (Google Meet) - Follow up proactively to ensure customers are getting value - Help identify and support customers at risk of churn - Track notes, updates, and activity in ClickUp and Apollo (our CRM) - Share customer feedback and ideas with the team - Contribute to improving help docs and internal team processes Requirements: - Based in the United States or Canada - Excellent written and verbal communication - Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Google Meet, ClickUp, Apollo - Empathetic, proactive, and customer-focused - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in software — especially at a startup Role Details: - Part-time (20 hrs/week to start) - $18–22/hour, depending on experience - Opportunity to grow into a full-time role within 3 months - Flexible schedule with some overlap in U.S. business hours - Fully remote, long-term opportunity
