We are seeking a skilled AI Voice Agent specialist with expertise in enhancing voice agent realism and refining prompts. The voice agent is already built on VAPI, and we need someone who can fine-tune the prompting, making the voice sound more human and natural. Additionally, experience with API calls and tool integrations is essential to ensure seamless communication and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Refine and optimize the voice agent’s prompts to make the voice sound more natural, engaging, and human-like. Work with existing VAPI infrastructure to ensure smooth integration with external APIs and tools. Continuously test and improve the flow and tone of the voice agent’s responses to enhance user interaction. Fine-tune the AI’s speech patterns to ensure a fluid and natural-sounding conversation. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless tool and API integration for a better overall experience. Requirements: Proven experience with AI voice agents and working with VAPI (or similar platforms). Expertise in prompt design and optimization to create human-like, engaging conversations. Experience with API calls and integrating external tools with voice agents. Strong understanding of voice synthesis and speech processing technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and fine-tune voice agents to ensure high-quality performance. Nice to Have: Familiarity with popular speech synthesis platforms (Google Dialogflow, Amazon Polly, etc.). Previous experience in integrating and optimizing external APIs for voice-based applications. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
