The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our accounting workflows and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You should be familiar with the latest accounting software trends and have hands-on experience with Workday implementations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Oversee end-to-end automation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation analysis, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines. 4. Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to integrate automation solutions and ensure successful implementation. 5. Ensure that automated accounting processes comply with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks. 6. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of automation tools and train staff on new systems and processes. 7. Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for further process improvements or cost savings in accounting operations. 8. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, particularly within automated environments, and manage risks associated with automation.
