Looking for CPA/EA to Fully Prepare & File Trader LLC Return (MTM, Form 1065 + K-1s) I’m seeking a licensed CPA or EA to fully prepare and file my LLC’s 2024 tax return, including: - Form 1065 for an active trading business (Foster Wu Ventures LLC) - Schedule K-1s for each member - Mark-to-Market accounting under IRC Section 475(f) - Proper treatment of ETF options (SPY, QQQ, IWM) that were misclassified as Section 1256 contracts on the 1099-B - Form 4797 for MTM reporting - Filing the return under your PTIN as the official paid preparer I have all necessary trade data, end-of-year marks, and documentation prepared and organized, including a detailed record of capital contributions and distributions.
