As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic Fractional CFO/Accountant to oversee our financial operations, optimize cash flow, and drive long-term financial growth. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth initiatives and profitability. Develop and monitor key financial metrics, including cash flow management. Manage accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry regulations. Assist with financial reporting, tax planning, and coordination with external auditors. Optimize pricing strategies, cost structures, and revenue models. Implement financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency. Advise on capital investments, fundraising opportunities, and financial risk management. Qualifications CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury industries. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership teams. Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting is a plus.
