CPA Needed for Multifamily Syndication Financial Analysis
We are seeking an experienced CPA with a strong background in multifamily syndication to assist us with financial analysis, tax planning, and compliance. We have already an accountant on board that take care of the bank reconciliation and accountant through appfolio software . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the unique challenges and regulations of real estate syndications. You will help us structure deals, manage investor relations, and ensure our financial reporting is accurate and compliant.
