Description: We are a growing cryotherapy wellness brand preparing to scale rapidly. We need a hands-on Operations Consultant or Expansion Manager to help us open several new spa locations and ensure they run smoothly. Scope of Work: • Scout and secure ideal commercial spaces for new spa locations • Oversee setup and launch of each new site • Recruit, hire, and train staff for each location • Implement operating systems and SOPs • Monitor operations and ensure consistent performance • Work directly with the founder/CEO to deliver high-quality expansion Ideal Candidate: • Experience in spa, wellness, retail, or hospitality operations • Proven track record launching new locations or franchises • Strong project management and team leadership skills • Comfortable with remote work and frequent travel • Available to work EST hours and respond quickly as needed Ideally living close to an airport, our first 2 locations are in Palm Beach FL and Lexington KY.
