1. Role We’re looking for a skilled storyteller who can craft compelling use-case testimonials, customer stories, and newsletter content. You'll speak directly with users, conduct interviews, and turn their experiences into engaging narratives that highlight the value of our product. 2. Responsibilities Write clear, engaging customer stories and use-case articles Draft newsletter content that’s informative and aligned with brand voice Interview users to uncover compelling insights and quotes Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams Research and understand user workflows, pain points, and outcomes Ensure all content reflects the brand tone, values, and goals 3. What We’re Looking For Strong writing and editing skills (bonus if you’ve represented a tech product) Comfortable interviewing people and asking thoughtful, open-ended questions Ability to turn complex user experiences into clear, engaging narratives Great communicator who can collaborate across teams Organized and able to manage multiple content projects at once 4. Nice-to-Haves (Optional) Background in journalism or user research Experience writing case studies or testimonials 5.
