We're a small team looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help us bring that same intention to our paid search strategy. Role Overview: We’re seeking someone to help set up and optimize Google Search Ads from the ground up — with a focus on driving high-quality traffic and conversions. This includes everything from keyword research and campaign structure to ad copywriting and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Set up and launch Google Search Ad campaigns aligned with brand goals Conduct keyword research to target high-intent, relevant search terms Write clear, compelling ad copy that reflects our brand tone Structure campaigns for performance (SKAGs, match types, negative keywords, etc.) Set up proper tracking (conversion goals, UTM tagging, Google Analytics integration) Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data Provide clear reporting and suggestions for ongoing improvement. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience setting up and managing Google Search campaigns for eCommerce Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and quality score Comfortable writing ad copy that feels clean, warm, and brand-aligned Familiar with Shopify and product-based businesses Bonus if you’ve worked with natural or skincare brands before
