I am dividing in two lots/pads. I have map prepared by another civil engineer who is not available now. I need a Civil engineer. Your assignment will be: A) review existing map and file with city of Indio. B) Any other city requirements B) stay in communication with city, make necessary changes if needed and Stay with the project until city approves it and sends to county for a new APN. C) state time line for filing the 1st submission. D) Divide your payments 1) upon filing 2) upon first comments from city 3) Upon final approval.
