Contract dates: April 28, 2025 - Aug 11, 2025 (15 weeks) Come work at a fast-paced start up with a fun, nimble marketing team that loves good design and believes our brand should tell a story with everything we produce. We’re looking for a full time designer for a limited 3 month contract to cover for parental leave. The first week you’ll work with our Senior Visual Designer to learn the ropes of design at Wisetack. Responsibilities: - Produce high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, brand assets, sales enablement, and company presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to use design to enhance and help achieve key performance goals. Channels include: website, digital ads, social media, email, landing pages, presentations, gif creation, and print. - Manage the design request desk including prioritizing multiple requests against their deadlines, understanding and clarifying requirements, collaborating with requestors (mostly marketing), and maintaining clear communication on stage and next steps for each ticket. On average, there are 10 requests a week with deadlines of same day (very rare) to 1 week out or more. - Maintain visual brand consistency across all design assets by following existing templates and guidelines. Requirements: - 1-3 years of professional design experience - Clear communicator in writing (mostly Slack) and over Zoom - Willing to take on new asks with a positive attitude; excited by feedback and changes with the goal of producing the best possible design - Able to take feedback from multiple stakeholders while still maintaining design best practices and adhering to brand guidelines - Able to prioritize multiple projects at once - Able to understand requirements quickly and turnaround multiple options within a reasonable timeline, without rigid processes or requirements documents - Able to commit to at least 35 hours a week (maximum 40); able to work core business hours (9am - 3pm PT), where additional hours could be worked whenever preferred - Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Slack, Google Slides. Experience with After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Hubspot, and Webflow is a plus - Bonus: experience working with small marketing teams or for a start up
