Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the Freshservice platform to help support: · Help Desk Ticket Management & Incident Managment: o Manage the creation, categorization, and prioritization of help desk tickets in Freshservice. o Continuously review and optimize ticketing workflows to ensure a seamless and efficient support process for users. · Asset & Contract Management: o Manage the full life cycle and contract records for hardware, software, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), renewals, and expiration tracking. o Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate asset and contract information in the system. · System Integrations & APIs: o Support and manage integrations, including APIs, between Freshservice and other IT tools, systems, and platforms (e.g., HR systems, monitoring tools, CRM systems) to streamline workflows. · Reporting & Analytics: o Familiar with building custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and analyze ITSM performance, including asset utilization, incident resolution times, SLA adherence, and more
