GHL Expert Needed to Build High-Converting Sales Pipeline for AI Business Accelerator Bootcamp

I’m looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to help me build out a simple but effective sales pipeline inside GHL. This is for my high-ticket program, the AI Business Accelerator Bootcamp, which targets coaches, consultants, and online experts. Right now, I’m using: Wix for my website/landing pages Mailchimp for email marketing Typeform for my application Calendly for booking calls I'm happy to keep using these tools unless GHL can better streamline the process. Your job is to either integrate or replace these tools within GHL as needed — the goal is to create a seamless pipeline that tracks and automates lead flow from start to finish. The Pipeline I Need Built: Lead Entry Point Triggered when someone submits their email via my landing page OR DMs me on Instagram You’ll need to set up the workflows and/or integrations to capture both sources into GHL Application Submission Once a lead opts in, they are prompted to complete an application Call Booking Leads who complete the application are prompted to book a call Enrollment After the call, leads either enroll in the program or are marked as not ready I need this stage tracked properly in the pipeline and tagged for follow-up Deliverables: Build or integrate the 4-stage pipeline in GHL Automate follow-up sequences (email/SMS) at each stage Tag and segment leads properly Integrate with existing tools or recommend better workflows using GHL Set up reporting so I can see where leads drop off Bonus if you can help with Instagram DM automation (via IG/Meta API, ManyChat, or similar) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience building pipelines in GoHighLevel Strong understanding of funnel workflows, lead tracking, and automation Familiar with integrating Wix, Calendly, Mailchimp, and Typeform (or consolidating into GHL) Bonus: Experience with high-ticket coaching/consulting funnels Bonus: Can recommend best practices for converting leads into booked calls/enrollments To apply, please: Share 1–2 examples of similar GHL pipelines you’ve built Let me know if you'd recommend consolidating into GHL or keeping some of my existing tools Include your hourly rate or project-based pricing Looking to hire ASAP — let’s build something great!
