We're looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to call approximately 2,200 companies located in our local region (Eastern Standard Time). The purpose of these calls is simple: ask if the company uses IBC containers and how they currently dispose of them. This is a one-time project, but there is potential for ongoing work doing similar outreach if this goes well. ✅ What You'll Be Doing: Making phone calls to a list of ~2,200 businesses we provide Asking a short 1-2 question script about their use and disposal of IBC containers Logging responses into a simple spreadsheet or form Maintaining professionalism and politeness at all times Working during standard EST business hours ✅ Ideal Candidate: Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone Speaks English fluently and clearly Has previous experience in outreach, customer service, or survey calls Can work independently and stay organized Based in the US or available during EST working hours ✅ Tools Provided: Call script Contact list with phone numbers Data entry format (Excel or Google Sheets)
